Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice including the following information:

• The identification of the material removed and its location prior to removal.
• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement under oath stating your good faith belief that the removal was due to an error or misidentification.
• An agreement to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court and consent to accept service of process from the complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive your counter-notice, it will be forwarded to the original complainant. If they do not file a lawsuit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
